If you're based outside Montreal but buy regularly from the Quebec liquidation market, you don't need your own warehouse space here. Rent space at ours.

Our LaSalle facility works well as a staging point — you buy multiple pallets over a few weeks, we hold them, and when you have enough to fill a truck or justify a delivery, you arrange pickup or we ship everything together. That approach usually cuts your per-pallet shipping cost significantly compared to one-at-a-time delivery.

We also accommodate Montreal-area resellers who need overflow space between sale cycles. If your garage is full and you found three good pallets, we can hold them while you move existing inventory.

FAQ — Storage

Can I store pallets I didn't buy from KwickStock?

Yes. You don't need to be a KwickStock buyer to use our storage. If you have inventory from other sources and need a Montreal-area warehouse, we can accommodate you. Requirements: legal goods, nothing hazardous or requiring refrigeration. Contact us with what you have and we'll confirm whether it fits our facility.

Is there a minimum rental period?

No fixed minimum — we're flexible. Short-term (a few weeks) works for buyers who need to hold inventory between pickup and resale. Monthly arrangements work better for regular buyers who want a permanent Quebec base. Tell us your situation and we'll find something that makes sense for both sides.

Can you ship my stored pallets to me when I'm ready?

Yes. If you're storing with us and want pallets shipped to you in Ontario, Alberta or elsewhere, we can coordinate freight with our carrier partners. This is actually a popular setup for out-of-province buyers: buy multiple pallets over a few weeks, store them at our LaSalle warehouse, then ship everything together in one freight movement — which significantly reduces the per-pallet shipping cost.

Is my inventory insured while in your warehouse?

Our facility has general liability coverage, but client inventory is not covered by our policy. We recommend checking with your own insurance broker about commercial goods in storage — most business policies can extend coverage to third-party warehouses. It's a straightforward add-on that most resellers should have anyway.

Can I access my pallets outside of regular hours?

Regular access hours are Monday to Friday 9am–5pm and Saturday 10am–3pm at 9130 Rue Boivin, LaSalle, QC. For after-hours access, contact us in advance — we can sometimes accommodate by appointment depending on scheduling. We'd rather plan ahead than have you show up to a closed building.
