Direct from Canada's biggest retailers — no middleman markup

Most liquidation platforms in Canada are brokers — they buy from someone who bought from someone else, and by the time the pallet reaches you, the margins are thin. KwickStock sources directly from major retailer return programs including Amazon, Walmart and Costco. That means fewer hands between the original retailer and you.

Every pallet we list has been physically received at our LaSalle warehouse in Montreal. We photograph it, note the condition, count the items, and build the listing from what we actually see — not from a manifest that may or may not match reality.

Our best-moving categories for resellers: electronics (strong eBay and Facebook Marketplace demand), household goods, tools, and seasonal items. If you're running a retail arbitrage operation or stocking a store, we can help you find lots that match your customer base.

You don't have to buy blind. If you're close enough to Montreal, come in and inspect any pallet before you commit. No appointment needed during business hours at 9130 Rue Boivin, LaSalle, QC.

Frequently asked questions

What's the difference between a manifest and what's actually in the pallet?

A manifest is a retailer-generated list of what's supposed to be in a lot. The problem: manifests are often inaccurate. Items get added, removed, or mislabeled between the time the manifest is created and when the pallet ships. We've seen manifests that were 30% off from actual content. That's why we do our own inspection at our LaSalle warehouse before listing anything. What you see in our listing is based on what we actually counted and photographed — not what a spreadsheet says.

Can I resell these items on Amazon, eBay or Facebook Marketplace?

Yes, with some nuance. Facebook Marketplace, Kijiji and local sales are the most straightforward — buy, test, list. For eBay, liquidation goods sell well as 'used' or 'for parts/not working' depending on condition. For Amazon, reselling branded goods as new is restricted — you'd need brand approval. But selling as 'Used — Good' or 'Used — Acceptable' is fine. Most of our buyers who resell online stick to eBay, Facebook, and their own Shopify stores.

Do you offer volume discounts for repeat buyers?

Yes. If you're buying regularly — say, two or three pallets a month — reach out and we'll work something out. We prefer building relationships with resellers over one-time transactions. Volume buyers also get first notifications when new inventory arrives, which matters for fast-moving categories like electronics.

Are these Amazon Warehouse Deals or actual customer returns?

These are customer returns — not Amazon Warehouse Deals. Amazon Warehouse Deals are graded and sold by Amazon directly. What we buy are the customer returns that didn't make it back to Amazon's resale program: opened boxes, items returned without reason, items where the packaging was damaged. Condition ranges from 'basically new' to 'needs repair.' The mix is what makes liquidation pallets both risky and potentially very profitable.

How often does new inventory arrive?

We receive new lots regularly throughout the month. The catalog on our website is updated as soon as pallets are inspected and ready. We don't publish inventory before it's physically at our warehouse. The best way to stay on top of new arrivals is to check the catalog often or contact us to be added to our notification list for specific categories.

Do you ship pallets to Toronto or other provinces?

Yes. We ship KwickStock's own inventory anywhere in Canada. Toronto, Calgary, Vancouver — we coordinate freight with partner carriers. See our delivery page for details on how it works. Note that shipping adds cost, so factor that into your margin calculation. For buyers close to Montreal, in-person pickup is always free and lets you inspect before committing.
