Can you consolidate multiple pallets into one shipment?

Yes, and we recommend it for out-of-province buyers. If you buy three pallets over a few weeks, we hold them at our LaSalle warehouse and ship everything together when you're ready. Consolidating typically reduces your per-pallet freight cost by 30 to 50% compared to three separate shipments. Do you provide tracking for shipped pallets?

Yes. Once your pallet ships, we send you the carrier tracking number. You can track it directly on the carrier's website. Most of our carrier partners update tracking in real time. If you notice a delay or the tracking stops updating, contact us and we'll follow up with the carrier on your behalf.

What happens if a pallet is damaged in transit?

Freight damage happens occasionally, even with careful handling. If your pallet arrives damaged, photograph everything immediately before moving anything — photos are essential for any freight claim. Contact us right away with the photos and we'll help you file a claim with the carrier. Standard freight insurance applies to most shipments; additional coverage is available for high-value loads.
