KwickStock ships its own pallets anywhere in Canada. You browse the catalog, place your order, and we arrange freight with a partner carrier. Pallets travel on standard LTL freight — heavier and bulkier than parcel, but much cheaper per unit than trying to ship individual items.

If you can make the trip to Montreal, we always recommend it. You'll inspect the pallet in person, load it yourself, and drive home with no shipping cost and no surprises. But we understand that's not always practical, especially for buyers in Western Canada. For cross-docking in Montreal, receiving, sorting and LTL coordination from our LaSalle facility.

FAQ — Delivery

Is it cheaper to pick up in person vs having it delivered?

Always. Pickup at our warehouse is free — you pay only for the pallet. Delivery adds freight costs that vary by weight and distance. A useful rule: if shipping costs more than 20–25% of the pallet price, it significantly impacts your resale margin. For buyers in Ontario or closer, the math often works. For BC or Alberta, factor in freight carefully before ordering. We'll give you an honest quote so you can decide.

Do you ship to the US?

Not currently. We ship within Canada only — all provinces. If you're a US-based buyer, the only option is to pick up in person at our LaSalle warehouse in Montreal, or use a Canadian freight forwarder who can then handle the cross-border portion. Some of our buyers do exactly that through their own logistics network.

How do I know if delivery is worth it compared to the pallet price?

Simple rule of thumb: if freight is under 20–25% of the pallet value, it's usually workable for resale. A $500 pallet with $100 shipping — manageable. A $150 pallet with $120 shipping — that kills your margin. Before ordering any pallet for delivery, contact us with the listing number and your address. We'll give you the actual freight cost upfront so you can run your numbers before committing.

Does KwickStock deliver pallets across Canada?

Yes, KwickStock delivers its own pallets (internal inventory) anywhere in Canada. Contact us for a delivery quote based on your province and order weight.

Are external vendor pallets also delivered?

No. Delivery for pallets listed by external vendors is the vendor's responsibility. Contact the vendor directly via the product listing for their shipping arrangements.

How much does pallet delivery cost in Canada?

Can I also pick up my pallet on-site?

Absolutely. Pickup is available at our Montreal warehouse (9130 Rue Boivin, LaSalle, QC), Monday to Friday 9am–5pm and Saturday 10am–3pm. No delivery fee applies.
